Meeting between the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria with the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam

On the morning of October 26, 2025, in Hanoi, H.E.Mr. Azeddine Bechka, Ambassador of Algeria to Vietnam attended a courtesy meeting between General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security of Vietnam and H.E.Mr. Lounès Magramane, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Communities Abroad and African Affairs of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, on the sidelines of the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime hosted by Vietnam.
