Brief exchange between the Ambassador of Algeria with the Vice President of Vietnam

On September 19, 2025, H.E.Mr. Azeddine Bechka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria , had a brief exchange with H.E.Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at a reception hosted by the leaders of Dien Bien province, on the occasion of the participation of the Embassy of Algeria’s delegation in the Northwest-Dien Bien Quintessence Festival 2025, at the invitation of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, Mr. Le Thanh Do.
