4th Congress of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam - Algeria Friendship Association, for the mandate 2025-2030

On August 12th 2025 in Hanoi, Mr. Ouhaddad Mohamed, Chargé d'Affaires a.i of the Embassy of Algeria to Vietnam, attended the 4th Congress of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam - Algeria Friendship Association, for the mandate 2025-2030.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ouhaddad Mohamed conveyed the heatfelt appreciation of H.E.Mr. Azeddine Bechka, Ambassador of Algeria to the Việt Nam-Algeria Friendship Association and relevant Vietnamese ministries and agencies for their substantial contributions to bilateral relations in recent years.

He hoped that during its new term, the Association would continue to support the Embassy’s activities and to propose diverse cooperative activities across various fields in order to implement meaningful initiatives that benefit the peoples of both Algeria and Việt Nam.
